Avon Tree Service is absolutely outstanding!!!Paul called back promptly and was very professional, nice, transparent and seemed reliable and truthworthy over the phone. He came the very next day during the time frame he said he would and even sent me a text letting me know he was on his way. Such great communication!! He removed the bottom of a tree trunk roots in such a timely manner. Paul was just as kind, down-to-earth, reliable and professional as he was on the phone. I plan to recommend Paul/Avon Tree Service to everyone!Thanks Paul for the great customer service!!!

I had a large tree limb fall onto my garage after a snow storm. I chose Avon Tree Service because I felt most comfortable with them (versus other tree removal companies that I contacted). This was because Paul was very responsive with coming out to look at the tree limb to provide a quote and took the time to explain to me exactly how he planned to remove the tree limb. This was important to me because I had concerns about any further damage to my home or garage being caused during the removal process (small backyard).
