I called on August 13th to set up an appointment to have one window and frame replaced. The man, Andy, I believe, was quite short with me on the phone and I did not appreciate his tone, but went ahead and scheduled the appointment. It was supposed to be today between 8a - 9a. My husband took the morning off due to the experience I had over the phone. I did not want to be home alone and deal with someone that was potentially difficult and I should have listened to my gut because he was a no show. I called at 9:30a and left a message to find out if he was still coming….. it’s now 2p. I waited 2 weeks for this appointment. Total waste of time. Terrible customer service.

This is the second time we have gone with Aruba home repairs and we couldn't be more glad. Great communication from the start, fair pricing and extremely professional work (my repairs look like new). The workers who came cleaned up as well after the job.

Andy and his crew have worked on my home for many years. I have had them replace many of the wood windows in my home as they have gone bad or needed repair. Aruba Home Services has repaired almost half of our wood windows over the past five years. They use PVC trim (does not absorb water) and new window glass assemblies to provide outstanding compatibility with existing windows and durability particularly in wet locations without sun exposure.Their work is outstanding from the initial quote to the final cleanup...efficient in all respects. You will be pleased with both the appearance and value. Highly recommended.Two pictures provided show windows a combination of windows replaced recently and five years ago...hard to tell the difference.Service: Window repair

I have Pella wood framed window with a broken pane and wood rot. Three other companies declined to even quote the job. Aruba did the repair in a relatively short time and cleaned up everything afterward. They did a great job. I would definitely use them again.Service: Window repair

Called this company for a quote for windows to be replaced, i asked if they did financing which they don't and that was fine there are plenty of other options i had for paying them after i got a quote to know what i needed. The guy was very unfriendly, asked if i wanted the cheapest windows which i don't and i told him i was unsure because i just bought this house and it is my very first home. So i am not familiar with different types of windows or anything about them which is why i was attempting to ask questions about what his company offered, how they work, what the payment options were etc. When the guy looked at the one window he was not gentle to my blinds he just reemed them up by the slats and was very rough and unprofessional with my property. He then proceeds to tell me im better off calling somewhere else that offers financing etc. Even though there may not have been a need for financing it was just a reasonable question to ask so i can figure out what im doing to get my windows done as i need 9 windows total. I expected a knowledgeable person to come and talk to me about my options and the differences between the types of windows so i could make a good decision on what windows my home needs and get a good price range for the installation of them. This company was a waste of my time, i could've scheduled with someone else who would've actually done thier job and left me with a quote to go over with my husband and get our bearings together to have the work done.
