I've had my carpet cleaned for years by Hagopian, Stanley Steamer, etc, and hands down, and this has been the BEST experience I've had. There was a grease stain in my carpet Hagopian has tried to get out for months. One call with USA Carpet and the issue is resolved. I highly, highly recommend this company. We had these folks come out and clean three of our area rugs. They were timely, communicative, quick, and very effective. The rugs look new and I'm thrilled! A great deal for what we paid.
