Tim was an absolute joy to work with! He was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He cleaned all of the carpet and area rugs in my house and they look brand new! I will definitely be calling him again for his services. Thanks again Tim!

I was very pleased with the results of my carpet cleaning. Tim (the carpet technician) was very polite and professional. When I had my carpet cleaned the hallway always looked shadowy no matter who cleaned it, but after receiving services with Williams Carpet care, it was a job well done. He pre-treated ethe carpet and then followed up with the cleansing. To my surprise upon him completing the service, the shadow was no longer there. I must say that I am completely satisfied with his services and I will be using him again.
