While some may have had a bad experience, I thought it only fair to post my consistent and positive experiences with Swick Tax. They have been preparing my tax returns as well as my wife's for over 14 years now, and we have only had positive experiences. The staff is very polite, and Bob is a wonderful person. As far as the claim of being dishonest, we have never had that experience, but we are also aware that tax rules and regulations are constantly changing, particularly over the last two years, making it very difficult for accountants to provide exact figures. I think that is more the genesis of the problem than accusations of blatant dishonesty. We appreciate the folks at Swick, and look forward to their services in 2020.

Dishonest. We were originally told our preparation fees would be taken out of our return BUT the owner "changed his mind" based on a garnishment that is significantly less than our confirmed return. We asked for the fees to be taken from the return because we could not afford to pay it out of pocket. Will never use this company again. The new owner does not believe in customer service or keeping the word of his preparers. Do not use!!

This is a great business establishment...we've recently had business dealings with the owners & now they do our company's yearly taxes. The owner & staff our hands-on & demonstrate integrity, sincerity and transparency we highly recommend Swick Tax Business on Harper in Saint Clair Shores been around over 40 years!!

EXTREMELY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL - After having used Swick for many years our family had a question regarding my deceased parent's trust and the need to file a final tax return to close it out but they never returned my phone calls or emails. This was extremely rude and very unprofessional! I would not recommend doing business with them because once they have your money it's forget you.
