They did an outstanding job repairing and refinishing the wood floors in my house that have been covered by carpet for almost 30 years. Communication with them was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their floors refinished
They completely exceeded my expectations for what's possible with a ruined old hardwood floor. It looks literally brand new. I want to specifically acknowlesge their great communication and project management - they rise far above the competition. I will be recommending Smiths to everyone I know - a friend sent me their way to begin with. Oh, and the price was right.
Joe and his team do some phenomenal quality work, along with their consistent communication and cognizant approach, I’m not sure you could choose someone better! I will most definitely be using them for any flooring work in the future.
