I recently saw Dr. Hinsenkamp as a new patient and had a wonderful experience. The office is beautiful and modern, and the front desk staff were so warm and welcoming - everyone truly makes you feel at home. Dr. Hinsenkamp was so wonderful: extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and able to make you feel completely at ease. As a dentist myself, I truly appreciated the level of care and attention to detail. I will absolutely trust Dr. Hinsenkamp and Hillstream for my dental care going forward!
Every one was very friendly & very thorough. They took the time to explain everything and took every measure to make sure that my procedure was as painless as possible also, very clean and modern.
While I appreciate the upgrades in technology and the great staff, I'm concerned Hillstream has turned the St Clair Shores office into a revolving door for dentists. I want continuity in the professionals I deal with, and it seems there's someone new nearly every time I visit.
