IF YOU'RE CURIOUS TO KNOW HOW THIS OFFICE IS, READ ON! STOP SCROLLING AND CALL!!!! On Wednesday morning I had fractured/split my molar. I wanted to find a dentist that was on greater mack years ago. I figured I would just call to see if they had any openings. The front desk was so helpful and able to get me in later that day. I went in hoping that they could pull it. DR NEENA wasn't comfortable pulling it. So, she scheduled me for the following morning w/ another dentist who handles more complicated tooth extraction. This office staff is exceptional! From the very first call when I spoke to Kara at the front desk I knew I was in good hands. They don’t have you waiting. Everyone is so friendly and considerate. Dr Israel is a real professional and does an excellent job in identifying the issue and sending you to the right specialist for the job. I am very happy they are located at the end of my street. Please know your in good hands at Clairpointe Family Dental.
I’m very happy with my experiences here. The staff are very welcoming, it really puts me at ease when I have to bring my children in for their cleanings and dental work. My daughter has had some bad experiences prior to our coming here that has her very anxious to see the dentist. Every time she comes the staff are very patient with her and her anxiety, they stay calm and friendly and we all walk away with a positive experience. I feel like they really explain what’s going on and why certain procedures are needed. We drive about 40 minutes to come here and it’s worth it. I’d drive longer if needed. They really are so amazing.
