Within an hour two plumbers had called me back. After the basement was drained Dominic told us what would happen if we used his guys to empty the basement of wet things (it was packed) or we could empty it ourselves and rent drying equipment. He was completely upfront about how much each thing would cost (as much as he could estimate) which later turned out to be very accurate. Dominic helped me with advice from start to finish.
