Robert was very nice and he explained things to me while fixing my furnace. He was able to come shortly after I called him and give me heat again. Very great with prices especially compared to other places. And gave me a place to get my furnace filter for a great deal. I can not recommend them enough!

This company was fantastic and responsive. I came home to a house at 51 degrees. I couldn’t look at the furnace because it’s in the attic so I called a HVAC friend who recommended Rob at Autumn. WITHIN AN HOUR Rob showed up, reset the furnace then made a plan to replace the failing part.
Rob and his assistants came together and found the part (last one in the area), replaced it, got me heat in under an hour.
All this work was done in the confined space of my attic.
I strongly encourage you to call Autumn Heating & Cooling the next time you need service on your furnace.

While at work, my forced air furnace locked itself out and the temperature dropped inside to just 51 degrees by the time I got home. I called an HVAC company my GF recommended but he couldn't do the work that Friday. Randy recommended Rob at Autumn Heating & Cooling. Rob surprised me by showing up within an hour. He got the furnace--located in my attic space--running and wasn't even going to charge me! Sadly, the blower motor failed within two hours and shut down.
