I JUST called and I was TRYING to talk and the lady who answered the phone interrupted me to ask me my birthdate which I gave her as soon as she asked. Then again I was trying to talk and mentioned a certain doctor I had seen last year and while I was still talking the lady interrupted me once again. That's when I said I'm not trying to be rude but who am I talking to and she said with a snide attitude "Britney" and I said "ok well I'm going to call back later" then she rudely hung up on me. I don't know if this lady was having a bad day or what but that's zero excuse to cut people off mid sentence, give attitude and then hang up on someone. Someone needs som e more training clearly

Very friendly staff! First time meeting Dr Sargent, he was extremely patient, answered all my questions and explained my condition thoroughly. Very pleased with my visit!

I LOVED THE OFFICE. I PRE CHECKED IN HAD ONE PAPER TO FILL OUT. I HAD NOT EVEN FINISHED BEFORE I WAS IN A ROOM. THE DR AND HIS STUDENT WERE EXACRLY ON TIME I FELT THEY ADDRESSED MY CONCERNS DID NOT RUSH AT ALL. THE FRONT DESK PEOPLE WERE VERY NICE. THE ONLY THING I WOULD CHANGE.. WHEN I CALLED DIRECTIONS WERE CLEAR BUT SAY WHAT ENTRANCE TO COME IN. I TOOK A LONG STROLL TO FIND THE CORRECT DOOR TO ENTER

As of the first visit on March 25th, I can give it 5 stars. It's clean, the staff is professional and personable. Dr. Griffith was wonderful with my son. There was no pressure to vax, he listened to my concerns, and was extremely helpful. It's a calm energy office and were thorough with his visit. We are both very happy and hope to continue our medical needs here.

I wouldn't give not one star the Dr . Kyle Griffin or what his last name was rude to me . No exam , or nothing . Please do not go to them all the doctors are rude . If you care about your health don't go there. And if wanted a gay doctor I would have ask for one
