We bought a house and moved in on December 21st of last year. Five days later we had a backup in our basement. After several calls (with the earliest availability four days out) we contacted Alpena Septic Service. Despite the holiday stretch, they arrived a few hours later and were friendly and efficient. We were advised that we may have future issues due to the age of the sewer pipe under our house. We had another backup last week - I called and spoke with Beth, who was extremely friendly and helpful, as was Tommy when he and his coworker arrived that afternoon to get us fixed up again. Had problems with our septic system. Tom was able to come out the same day I called. He quickly diagnosed our issue as a failed lift pump. Even though it was late evening Tom and Zach replaced our pump and had our service restored quickly. Extremely professional and a pleasure to work with them!
