Working with Jeff Alexander and the team at West Michigan Roofing was a fantastic experience from start to finish. They handled a full replacement for my 2,400 sq. ft. walk-out ranch—stripping the old shingles and underlayment, replacing bad decking, and installing all-new underlayment, shingles, pipe boots, and drip edge.
The crew was punctual, worked late to get the job done, and did an excellent job cleaning up the property afterward. They knocked out about 90% of the work on day one and wrapped everything up in just half a day more. I highly recommend Jeff and West Michigan Roofing to anyone looking for quality work and great service!
Jeff Alexander was awesome. He was quite thorough and made sure we had all questions answered and thoughts acknowledged throughout the process. The guys did a great job and had the project done a half day sooner than anticipated. Highly recommend working with them if you’re in need of a roof.
We had a couple quotes from other companies for a roof replacement and new gutters and soffit and ultimately went with West Michigan Roofing. I am glad that we did. Jim was a terrific project manager and followed up on the work that was done and was very responsive and thorough throughout the entire process. Jim made sure that our expectations were met. I am happy with the completed project and our house exterior looks beautiful.
