Nate and Logan installed a new log set this afternoon. They were very neat and made no mess at all. Logan made sure everything was covered with drop cloths. And, it is very clear that Nate has a wealth of knowledge and experience.

I Went in with my fireplace remote and the people at the front desk immediately saw to my needs. Jon was especially helpful in tracking down the person who had the expertise to sync the remote with the fire place. Kyle, who is my neighbor, volunteered to learn how to do the sync and came over to do it for me. What a great bunch of people at VanderWall Concete! Great service and great product lines.

I love my Vermont stove there team was very helpful and explained everything to me and everything came in very quickly the install group was very polite and explained this very well and saved me a thousand dollars I would highly recommend them and they have a awesome showroomJeanette
