I really cannot praise this company enough. We had them redo our shower from tile to low maintenance walls and just did the second bathroom with a walk in tub. They quickly take care of any issues and Chad, the installer has more patience than anyone I know. He is very thorough and pleasant all of the time. Dedicated to having it right. I so appreciate their professionalism and the care they take when working in the house. No clean up for me when they were done. Highly recommended.
Update: They came out and did their due diligence and got my sliding patio working perfectly.
They installed/replaced all my windows and my sliding glass patio door in the Summer of 2024. The windows work great but the sliding glass patio door has not worked properly since installed and the installer Tom keeps giving me the runaround and not solving the problem and now I can’t get ahold of anyone to come out yet again to continue to try and fix the problem after they told me multiple times that they would get the manufacturer to help resolve the issue or replace the door.
We bought a new home and the bathrooms were outdated so we decided to remodel. Kevin was our salesman. He was so nice and responsive and went out of his way to ensure we understood everything. There was no pressure to buy. Our installer, Chad, was the best. Arrived on time everyday and went above and beyond to make sure our bathrooms were perfect. The demo, installation and cleanup was top tier and on top of all that, he’s a really nice guy. We are well pleased.
