Today was my first day back to yoga since 2020. My other yoga facility in Grandville, MI shut down during covid. I was a little nervous at trying a new location. I was welcomed with smiles and support from the instructor and other customers. I tried the gentle flow class which was a great entry back into yoga. My muscles were tight, my balance unsteady, and I felt out of shape. I was able to stretch my muscles and relax my mind. This company offers memberships and drop-in classes. The noon class charges $5.00. So, there wasn't any kind of excuses of why I shouldn't go. It's affordable and you get to meet new people.

I was organizing a silent auction for a group called SAPA at CMU they supported it. They were SO generous!!! Their donation generated a ton of bids and ultimately raised a lot of money. I’m so grateful they are so community-minded and generous! Thank you On the Path Yoga!
