Beneath the STARS Yoga is a place that is filled with peace, light, and love. Sandy holds a safe space for all yogi types and provides guidance to all levels. I highly recommend you check out her class. After that, you will be hooked!
Great location. Very affordable! If you like yoga then please consider Beneath the STARS! Wonderful teacher that has a passion/understanding of the yoga practice. Just the basics have made me feel so much better .. body and mind!
