Spectrum Health Medical Group Family Medicine is known for its friendly staff, great doctors, and excellent nurses. The atmosphere is comfortable and kind in a newer building. Patients report compassionate, reasonable care from excellent listeners. They are great with kids and understanding. Visits typically have short wait times, and the lab technicians are fantastic, causing minimal discomfort. Many families have been served for years and plan to return.
I've been a lifelong patient here. Everyone I have been cared for by has been amazing. From check in, nurses, PA's, doctors, the labs. Everyone there is amazing. Highly recommend.
Sara Miller is the NP that I see there, she is the best! Super sweet and I always look forward to catching up with her. I also have had great experiences with all the nurses there, all super nice and great at giving shots quickly :)
Details say open till 7. Apparently labs close at 5. After taking medication specifically to get labs for our son, we came just to find out that labs were closed. There is no info about individual offices closed inside the building either. This should be easily accessible knfo
However, the staff in the lab are really good. They do such a wonderful job. Just have to post the hours somewhere.
