Would not recommend using this company. First appointment was rescheduled due to not enough staff, which in itself is understandable. Rescheduled the following week and they did not show up. We called and they once again rescheduled, somehow we hadn't gotten on the schedule. Third time they made it out to give us an estimate on repairing some insulation in our attic. Was given a verbal quote but when after calling a week or so later they finally sent us a written quote which was $100 more than what we had been verbally quoted. When I questioned it they got back to me with a new written quote for the original price. We booked the repair and when the worker came out, he had to carry cannisters of insulation up to spray on the repair. Prior to spraying he had to do some scraping to prepare it for new spray. When he came back down he said he was finished, I asked him if he had taken any photos and he said he hadn't and asked if we wanted photos. I told him it would be nice since we had photos of it before it was fixed and I'd like to see what it looks like now. So he went back up and took photos. Came back down and showed us. He had left a mess of insulation that he had scraped off just laying on the attic floor. When we made a comment about the left over mess, he asked if we wanted him to clean it up. Yes, I don't think anyone wants a mess left in your attic after having a repair done. Up he went again to clean up his mess. He brought down a garbage bag of stuff that he had left. When I asked him if he had taken pictures of it now cleaned, he said he didn't but assured me it was cleaned up. We just weren't impressed with this company from the beginning.

Most excellent! In this day of contractors never calling back or doing a " no show", Greenfit Homes was on top of this home insulation job the entire way. Brandi answered my email within 24 hrs and had Leo out within a week to give us our estimate. The following week the job was done, and done well!! Brandi communicated with us the entire time. Can't say enough good things!
