Purchased a new home in early 2025. Needed both fireplaces replaced due to poor maintenance over the previous years. (Natural & gas insert)
I knew I wanted a wood burning option. Tony worked with me to select something that suited what I wanted in appearance and would fit in the size range I had to work with.
In addition, I also needed to have the gas insert replaced as there was an improper log set in place which was determined by immediately looking at the unit.

I had a natural gas insert installed by the Fireside Shoppe today, and it turned out beautifully. Jordan and Randy were the installers and they were two of the most professional young men I've seen in a long time. They went about their business and were curtious. Plus they cleaned up as they went along...yeah! I would recommend them to anyone looking to have work done by them. ?
