I have very long hair that has been dyed with dark brown/ black box dye for the past almost 30 years and she did the best job lightening my hair and giving me the prettiest pink balayage. “Okay I'm gonna say sorry in advance for the length of this review. I had a horrible experience with a salon three years ago. They took my natural grey hair & bleached it blonde. I just wanted a toner to get the yellow out. Needless to say it had to be dyed dark again, which broke my heart. So I hesitated to go to a salon again. But then I took a leap of faith & went to Shagg. The minute I walked in I knew this was it but with who? Two beautiful ladies started saying names and then one said Faith. At that moment I knew I was in the right place. I can not say enough about this salon! But there really is no words for Faith! She was so sweet & empathetic to my fear. She took her time to do what she knew would work, and when the first thing didn't she tried something else! And I can not tell you how good if feels to feel pretty again. I even went back for low lights because Faith has a plan for my hair! It's beautiful! Not dry or damaged in any way and NOT BLONDE! Go to this salon. If your looking & scared of salons, this is your salon! I am so so happy! And I even have Faith! (Pun intended ?) Thank you to all you beautiful people at Shagg!
