Cody arrived at the time scheduled, was personable, performed a complete assessment of the situation and provided multiple options for completing the job with estimates for each. During the installation it was discovered the faucet purchased by the customer was defective, Cody was willing to work with the customer and provide a solution that satisfied the customer and saved an additional service call. Cody showed his technical skills as the project progressed and was willing to explain and answer questions. I am very pleased with Gill Plumbing and their technician Cody and the quality of his work.

Chase very friendly and knowledgeable. He checked all my plumbing had no issues. But my issue concerned the installation of the expansion tank that was previously installed above my hot water heater. He explained the purpose of an expansion tank.

Shaun and Marcus came out and were really knowledgeable and friendly. The price for a service call was reasonable, and their scheduling was convenient.
I couldn't be happier with the service I received, especially since I told them from the beginning that I was planning on doing any work and just wanted their expertise, unless they were going to run a snake. I had a problem that three other plumbers didn't know how to solve, and these guys came for a service call and helped me figure it out. I did the labor, but only because they did the brain work.
As an added bonus they found a tiny leak I didn't know I had.
