I have been coming to Cindy's off and on for close to 20 years. I recently had a situation that was upsetting. I had a gel mani and pedi both the same color. The next day my toes changed color, it totally faded. Went back in to show her and she asked me 3 times if I'd went swimming or tanning which I told her no. I new the color name but not the number and I couldn't find it. I said you're going to have to redo both so they match. She refused, so I left and will not return. Very disappointed that she would treat a long time, loyal customer that way.
I don't usually leave reviews. But I have had nothing but great service at Cindy's Nails. I always ask for Sun. He is the only person to do my manicures and pedicures since the first day I started going to Cindy's. The salon is very clean and classy. Everyone is very nice and welcoming!
Absolutely amazing experience! Very professional! I got a pedicure, there was a little confusion on the color I wanted however the owner came over and gave me what I wanted. I left very happy. They handled it professionally and didn’t make me feel bad. I will be back
