Patients have praised the clinic for its friendly staff, efficient service, and thorough explanations. The team is committed to making patients feel valued and well cared for, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience. The staff is attentive and very friendly. People did a great job and are amazing. You don't have to wait long in the waiting room upon arrival and can be in and out in less than an hour. It is easy to check in online. Located in Southgate, north of Pennsylvania Rd., next to Southgate Ford, Beaumont Urgent Care Southgate proudly serves the surrounding communities.
My son and I have been here a few times. Always promptly seen and always kind, professional people. Most recently Leah, Ashley, and NP Wolfe gave me exactly the care i needed and I didn't have to spend a long time there. Thanks team!
Everyone is extremely kind from the moment you walk in until you walk out. They’re thorough and quick to provide you with care. There’s also the convenience of prescheduling and of getting your rx filled while there. I haven’t been to an urgent care in many, many years so it takes me a lot to feel the need to be seen. I wouldn’t be fearful or anxious to visit again. Thank you for your kindness!
This was the best Urgent care experience I have ever had. The receptionist was friendly, Suzette was extremely knowledgeable and kind and Kyra was kind, friendly and gives a good shot. Happy this place is there.
