Update:The boss of the location reached out to me and talked with me about my recent event. They apologized for everything I went through and went over what happened so they can get to the bottom of things so they can prevent such a thing from happening again. They offered to telehealth me if I needed, since they could hear I wasn't better, and offered whatever I needed to make things right.I deeply appreciate this. Cut my finger making dinner and made it just in time before closing, everyone was very kind. They got me in right away and Danny was very easygoing and comfortable as I was a bit shaken up.
I brought my son in on a Sunday evening (first time ever needing to go to an urgent care)…They took care of us so quickly and kindly, could not have asked for a better experience!!!! Highly recommend!!
