Wish I could give no stars at all. Placed an order for a wig, which is paid for it’s been 2 months and still have not received the product. Also reached out on several occasions, of course no response. One thing for sure and two things for certain I remain blessed and just now looking at these reviews their company won’t last long with these type of scams and there are better places/people to spend my money with. But I’ll also be reaching out to some contacts to assist with the process of them being shut down. It’s unfair they are scamming all these people out of their hard earned money including myself.

I ordered on Black Friday 2023 and haven’t received my hair. I have reached out via email and social media to get no response. I have been buying hair from this company for 7 years and this is the worse experience once I get my money back. I would never recommend. Also the website has the most passive aggressive message about not reaching out about orders. Don’t call the store about order well how about you respond and be a business owner. Black businesses always fail there people always. I wish I could zero star. But it’s been 2 months it’s disgusting to not have any communication yet on social media advertising horrible service.

It’s been over a month and I still have not received my clip ins. When I tried to contact them a few weeks ago the customer service was horrible. Will not be buying again and will be contacting my bank to get my money back since they don’t do “refunds”…

Terrible company they are a scam i place a wig that was on sale o I never received my Order I call and call and call and they tell me to email them addressing it I did no one email me back I was send a message on Instagram to they personal page did that no one respond that blocked me and I never received my order and they have the money wish I use my last I don’t get alot of money I’mA paraplegic I live month month I’m so hurt and saddened that this company would even do such a thing like these to a person I’m writing this hopefully it can prevent others from getting scam like I did and hope it reach to someone who came help me solve this issue please

When I tell you this is the worst hair I’ve ever had in my life ! I’ve been wearing bundles since I was 14 years old , I’m now 20 . I’ve tried lots of different companies from Ali express , to she’s happy , to gracious strands , and now my own brand (KDKollectionhairco) . I have to say Valley girl hair isn’t worth a dime , I DM them telling them I wanted my bundle exchanged and they blocked me :-) . The hair was crunchy , stiff , smelly , and dry ! Mind you I got straight hair . Don’t even waste your time on this brand sorry not sorry , they should stop being cheap and get a good vendor .
