It's a sauna. Probably the best option locally since you get your own shower. You can get it HOT too if you choose to. Just an unpretentious, functional place to sauna, nothing flashy.

Such a cozy wonderful place!! The staff is phenomenal, the sweetest woman works here who helped my neurodivergent son with nervousness about the sauna. He ended up loving it!
