We have old plumbing, with lots of roots that cause issues, in a city that doesn’t make fixing it easy…we were doomed to a serious repair & dig up, which we wanted to avoid at ALL costs. Noah was great in explaining the situation, the options, and it looked like the outcome was inevitable. After the first 2 attempts weren’t successful, he sent out his BEST guy to give it one last shot before making the call to dig. Let me tell you, Seldon is a miracle worker!!! He was able to get through the roots, identified two more additional root balls causing problems, AND discovered a buried clean out in the yard that wasn’t visible until he spotted it when scoping.... read full review

I call them in got an appointment within 6 min and same day and Michael call before the schedule appointment and asked if he could come early and it didn't take kmow time to fix the sink and my garbage disposal and gave me a device do if i have problem again that i can fix it myself and i thank God for leading me to them and i want to say to royal plumbing thank you and it was a reasonable price too

Really happy with our service from Royal Plumbing. Found them through HomeServe warranty, and had exceptional service from Shannon and Steve. They helped me avoid much more costly fixes and educated me about how to prevent further problems with the sewer line. Happy to support this business again!
