Been using them almost 20 years. They have always been reasonably priced and reasonably fast. I have probably used them 300-400 times and don't remember ever having a problem there. But no business is perfect and the couple of negative reviews here are probably just folks who unfortunately experienced a mistake. I also think that watch those people described as "rude" is probably language and cultural barrier. Just take it all with a grain of salt. They're a perfectly fine business.

DON’T COME HERE!!! They ruined my dress. Top half is white, bottom is navy blue. The white part was full of blue dye when I picked it up. They acted like nothing was wrong. It took 3 full business days for them to clean 2 items. Plus they are overpriced. They were also extremely rude with basic customer service. No saying hello, or have a nice day. There are too many dry cleaning services around to waste time and money here at the risk of your clothes being ruined.

The man (owner?) is probably the most unfriendly, abrupt person I have ever dealt with in a service business. First time I figured he was just having a bad day. Next five times I decided he was just plain rude and my business was clearly unimportant to him.. Given that, I took my (not insubstantial) business elsewhere. They should keep him in the back.
