I called the company for a quote, and unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. The representative I spoke with was quite rude. While the quote was reasonable, the experience left a lot to be desired, and I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. This process shouldn’t have been so difficult.

We reached out to Reid to schedule a field measure for a shower door for our master bath remodel. The lady who answered indicated they didn't service all of Detroit, but that my neighborhood was included in their service area. A date and time were scheduled, but no one showed up. A call to them indicated a lack of professionalism and process where apparently the service rep had and took the option of not coming to the appointment, or calling to cancel.Such geographic discrimination is ridiculous, especially since they are located in Southfield, not exactly a tony suburb to flip their noses at business in Detroit.I found them overall to be amateur, unprofessional, and unworthy of further consideration.

Paid 487.34 for a custom glass for cabinet cover 18 3/8" x 52 11/16" Was looking to match butter pantry pictures included. Not even close, barely "antique" look. They won't switch out for a better match. We are stuck with this basically to put in trash and starting over with another company. Expensive lesson. Buyer beware as you may not even get close what you thought you might pay for.

They made a custom door and window wall for a sauna. Came out absolutely perfect. Speed was normal relative to what's going on due to Covid. They took their shoes off, we're friendly, nice company
