I had an incredible experience with Quality Towing in Southfield, Michigan, near Detroit, on Thanksgiving. After my car went into a ditch, Ulysses, the tow truck driver, truly went above and beyond. Not only did he safely pull my car out without causing any further damage, but he also took the time to help me clean off all the mud and even took my car to a car wash. On top of that, he assisted me with putting on a spare tire. He made sure that my daughter and I exited the area safely and on the safe side of town. My car was stuck in the ditch at the end of my driveway one snowy morning. The tow driver arrived quickly and was so nice, friendly, and professional. He quickly got my car unstuck and even lined it up on the road so all I had to do was get in and I was on my way. I appreciated how nice and calm he was, and the price was really fair. Between myself and both my daughter's vehicles I have used Quality Towing probably 6-7 times over the years. Always quick arrivals (Even in rough weather), and the drivers have always been professional and considerate.
