I would not encourage anyone to enroll their loved one into this particular agency. There are so many things wrong here. I am speaking of the 10 mile telegraph facility. There are so many complaints that I have about this facility. On paper, it sounds wonderful. In theory, it sounds awesome. But the nitty-gritty of this place is gut wrenching. There is no communication among its employees about their clients. I could give you a ton of examples. For instance my loved one was sent home with moldy food!!! I recently attended a function at this location and was thoroughly impressed! The facility was nice and clean - but it was the staff that left the greatest impression! Everyone I met was awesome, and worked hard to make sure their guests were happy and had what they needed. The kindness and positivity flowing around was great- and contagious!
