I cannot thank DejAne’ enough for the care and professionalism she showed me. Working in healthcare myself, I know how tough front-desk roles can be, especially over the phone. She remained kind, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process.
What could have been overwhelming was handled smoothly and clearly because she took the time to listen and explain everything. DejAne’ truly cares about patients, and it shows. She is outstanding at what she does.

My brother, who found himself blind, diabetic, malnutrition, & homeless, had eye surgery at OSM with Dr Kizy. He was treated with dignity & respect by everyone regardless. His condition was severe but his results left him with better vision than he’s ever had in his 57 years. My brother is extremely grateful & has a new lease on life. Thank you Dr Kizy & OSM.
