If i had a problem with them abd how they cleaned i told them and they reaponded right away, they fixed the problem. If i need to reschedule i can text them and they will text back immediately. If uts late notice and i canvel they also accomidate and answer the phones and messages appropriately, thats HUGE in todays age of how people run businesses now. [Cleaning Team, Service, Deep clean] The team did a really great job. Each room smelled amazing and many areas were restored. I was having a hard time with crevice areas of a bathtub, especially, on the property and this team left it spotless. 5 stars!

EDIT REPLY TO MERRY MAIDS: We have called you multiple times and left multiple messages and never hear back. In fact we recently left a message to cancel our service with you, and haven't received a call back to confirm! I am very surprised and concerned to hear you say you've never gotten any feedback from us as we have provided it, it sounds like the communication issue is on your end.The first time the office manager came to our house and she did a great job. The second visit was a poor job, it definitely wasn't worth the money we paid. We left feedback for the office and never heard back. We called and left a message, again never heard back. Decided to cancel given the poor customer service and high cost of a service that just isn't worth what you pay.Service: Standard clean

Asked for a deep clean which to me means cleaning baseboards, blinds, the bathroom & toilet etc. After the first "cleaning" the bathroom was still dirty as were the blinds and many other parts of the house. A small box of trash was left on the countertop. The entire "deep cleaning" took about 30 minutes. I could never deep clean a house in 30 minutes.I called to ask for my money back since it seemed like nothing was cleaned and they stated it was a service guarantee not a money back guarantee. But they did offer to come out again which I respected.I was hoping to be surprised by the second cleaning but the result was no different. People told me not to use Merry Maids but I thought how bad could it be? VERY BAD please save your money and look for a local cleaning service that actually cares.Service: Deep clean

This was our first experience with a cleaning company and from scheduling our first cleaning to completing the appointment, everything was professional and efficient! Communication is great and getting an update when the team is on their way is very helpful. The team is always willing to pay extra attention to areas we specify and does a great job. I love coming home from work on cleaning days!

This company did a horrible job at my moms house! I found this company for her and hired them and they hardly cleaned anything!! They charged $300-$400 for a deep cleaning and did not hardly clean anything the two girls that were sent were extremely lazy!! I would never recommend this company by any means a child can do a better cleaning than these people!!Service: Deep clean

Confused about the bad reviews, if I ever had a problem the dispatch was more than willing to help, send someone back, send a new person etc. We took a break for about a month due to covid, my first scheduled cleaning was today and I forgot how nice it was. Such a great feelings having an extra set of hands to make sure you’re living space is up to your standards, especially with a busy schedule!
