The technician, Adam was on time, got right to work on the furnace. Finished the job in a very reasonable amount of time. He was friendly, respectful, and thorough. He was also very informative.
Louis was quick and found the simple fix. I originally had a HVAC tech out from a different company, and they quoted me a fix that would cost thousands of dollars. I am lucky I got a second opinion from Louis who found the real issue in 5 minutes and had the solution implemented in 30. Thank you!!
