Everyone was friendly and helpful. The tech wbo did the preexam, exams was ftiendly and helpful. The optometrist took extra care to get the perscription right. The person who helped me pick out glasses was patient snd helpful. Overall a wonderful experience.
I went on 1/10 for an eye exam and to pick out glasses and from the doctor who seen me that was very informative, to the guy who helped me pick out my glasses the experience was good.
I had an awesome experience today at Henry Ford OptimEyes in Southfield! They were very busy today but I wasn’t rushed. I had the pleasure of working with Candace! Let me tell you she is amazing at her job. She showed compassion for her team, took time to answer their questions and provide guidance, spoke with a customer who wasn’t the easiest to deal with but she handled it calmly and graciously!
