    Can’t give a fair rating because my dog has never been seen here. But I’ve been trying to get in touch with them for 2 weeks. Have tried to call multiple times. Each time I’m on hold for upwards of 10mins and still no answer. At this point I’m canceling the appointment.

    Really not happy with this location or their employees for signing up someone else on MY account with their own email, phone number and payment method without MY authorization for them to default and now MY credit is being affected and there’s absolutely NO RECOURSE or HELP from the company. I guess that’s what you get for being a customer for over 13 years. Save your money and headache and go elsewhere.

    I have nothing but good things to say about Banfield. They treat my Gracie as if she were their own. They explain things very clearly so that I can easily understand what's going on and what to expect.

    I had a great experience at Banfield Pet Hospital of Southfield with my dog, Magic. From start to finish, the staff made my dog Magic and I feel valued and cared for. Check-in was a breeze thanks to Sydney, who was quick and efficient while maintaining a friendly demeanor. She made the whole process seamless, which I really appreciated.

    Once we were in the exam room, Jessica stood out with her warm and personable approach. She was not only efficient but also showed genuine concern for Magic’s well-being. She asked detailed and thoughtful questions, which put me at ease right away. Her empathetic nature worked wonders—not just for me but for Magic too. Magic felt comfortable enough to go with her into the back to be examined, which says a lot considering how nervous he usually gets at the vet.

    Afterward, Dr. Bean came into the room with Magic and impressed me with her friendly, knowledgeable, and professional demeanor. It was clear she genuinely cared about figuring out what was wrong with Magic. She took the time to listen to all of my questions and concerns, which is extremely important to me as a pet owner. Knowing I could meet the veterinarian, ask my questions directly, and have them thoroughly answered gave me great reassurance.

    Magic was happy and relaxed when we left, which meant the world to me. A positive experience for my pet is always my top priority, and Banfield delivered beyond my expectations. I highly recommend the Southfield location for anyone looking for top-notch care and an amazing, compassionate team.
