Southfield location: Very unprofessional. Can't directly speak to someone and they schedule appointments months after your bloodwork is completed. Then they say your blood work is outdated and cancel the appointment you have been waiting for. Do not recommend.

$150.00 facility fee over and above the office visit which health insurance does not cover. Surprise billing and no department knows anything about it. I will never go back!!!!Subsequently asked to fill out feedback form but could not submit. Further waste of time! This is not the Providence hospital and medical facilities we came to know, respect and rely on.
