Unbelievably great experience at a hospital. Went into ER with my mother and they took her right back. She has been in hospital for 5 days and every single staff member has been amazing. The hospital is clean. The staff is attentive. Highly recommend.
Ablation at the Heart Institute and an overnight stay on the Cardiac Care unit. I had the best experience. The staff was very competent and professional. I highly recommend this hospital.
My husband was sick & I accompanied him to this ER. From the encounter with security, intake person, ER staff, XR tech, & transportation, they were professional, caring, & informative. I've been there before & bar none this was the best experience. It was comforting. In addition, Dr. Steven McGraw, D.O. was phenomenal, from his introduction & how he showed compassion & dignity to us. Wowwwwww I've been in this professional 40yrs & I've not seen this too often. I didn't mention that to the staff. I just took it in/observing. Kudos: Dr. Shaw, Julian, Megan, Justin PA, Nicki [7th fl]. We often take time to complain, so I want to annotate when something went well. Please share with the aforementioned individuals
