One of the worst loan places I've ever been involved with. Customer service is horrible, no one qualifies for extensions I guess and they don't care about their customers!! Will never get a loan from them again!! 0 stars is what you deserve!

This company is not BBB acredited and DISGUSTING! 93% of their reviews are one star. I got laid off of my job back in April of 2024, and I know I have 2 extensions left but ally is saying I have used them all. When I asked for proof I was told that they don't have access to those documents. Then I was told by another employee that they would send me the proof and never did. I've been asking for help for 5 months and keep going around the same rodeo except no one is on the same page. One person tells me I'm qualified and the next tells me I'm not. The worst experience I have had in 48 years. Called 3 weeks before we need to transfer a title. They said they would send out the paperwork needed. Vehicle was paid off in 2020. They sent a letter but not the signed title release. Called they said they would fax over the signed title release, they did not. Spent almost 2 hours on the phone with them to finally get someone to fax over the signed title release. Very rude supervisor in the title release department. She hung up on me when I asked who dropped the ball, must have been her.
