I have never in my life dealt with such a horrible company. After you've paid your bill they don't communicate with each other and will call you all day long. So unprofessional.
Horrible customer service. Covid protocol and been laid off put me 39days in the hole. Tried to get an extension so I could catch up. They answer for help was for a two month extension they want me to pay an extra car Note. I will never use or recommend Ally for anything.
Do not use for anything, lost my car title. Their resolution was sending a paper to my address stating they no longer have the title. Now im paying for a lost title form.. how can this be a national company and still be in business. By taking advantage of customers..There would be 0 stars if possible
