I had a recent appointment in the office, and there was a misunderstanding concerning insurance and billing. I was told that a procedure was covered and that I wouldn’t be billed. After I had it done, I DID get billed for it. I was upset. When I brought it to the attention of the staff, they took care of it immediately. Dr. Steele even called me personally, to help clarify what had happened. They were courteous, understanding and professional in their dealings with me. They reversed the charges and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome.

I am so impressed with your dental office! I had a question about a tooth before knee replacement surgery next month. They fit me into the schedule almost immediately. What a feeling of relief after a short visit and a consultation. ❤️ my dentist!
