Very informative and listened to questionable areas i had concerns about.
Very good in knowing what and how to do things and what they meant. I was very relieved that I was not seeing future problems with my tablet. Very good in letting us know what is available in the TV world. Will definitely work with him after Christmas for updating our home equipment.
Ron Kramer is awesome when it comes to fixing tech problems. He made an extra effort to come early to see if he could help me with an internet problem which was so important to me. He was able to diagnose the problem and I’m now up and running! Thank you Ron! Living in a rural area makes it hard to find help, but he lives close by to the Crystal Lake community. Lucky me!
I would give Ron Kramer 5 stars for the help he has given me. From checking for virus, changing email address, setting up new antivirus program, answering any questions I had. Very happy with Ron and company Michigan Network Consultants.
