“I took a older model laptop to Ron in hopes of getting it to work, it wouldn't connect to the internet for one thing. Ultimately it was determined that the cost of components to get it going again was not worth it so we just scraped it. I thought Ron was able to explain all the issues and recommend it would be more practical to just replace it. I appreciated his efforts to diagnose the problem and his honesty about not putting anything else into it. I would definitely go back to Ron if I have any future computer issues.“
