My professional background from being an automotive Service Director for two large GM franchises- I can be a tough soul to impress. BUT- Justin & Tony did exactly that. my vintage 1975 Winnebago Brave was in need of a major roof renovation. Living in Indianapolis, I couldn't find a shop that made me feel comfortable with this type of repair. Enter into the picture Tony- I contacted Rivertown because they had a FB posting of an RV identical to mine. I was seeking advice because I was going to do the roof DIY. Tony's genuine honest demeanor educated me it's not a job to take on myself. Long story short, I had my rig transported to Shelbyville MI from Indianapolis to have the roof professionally rebuilt. Throughout the process this shop exceeded my expectations. Constant interaction with Justin discussing the project from start to finish. Justin has a good ear- he understood me- he made suggestions to ensure my job was done EXACTLY as I had envisioned it to be. I'm hard to please, I'm precise, I know what I want- These guys made me overjoyed with the final product. Sure I'm sure they aren't the least expensive, but cost is relative to the quality of the work. Do yourself a favor- use these guys. They are the best of the best. Justin and the crew at Rivertown RV are absolutely awesome! My wife and I took our 2010 5th wheel to them because the roof was leaking. We have owned it for 4 years and I knew there were gonna be other repairs needed because we bought it used and we don't know the maintenace history. They did the repairs that we had asked them to and called with all the additional things that they found. I couldn't possibly recommend anyone else to take your RV repairs to besides them. It was a great experience and the quality of workmanship is above and beyond! All I can say is.... Support your local small bussiness. You will not be disappointed with this company.
