Jenny did an awesome job, she matched flooring to a color we had in living room already. I needed installation done asap, as my very pregnant bulldog was di to have her puppy’s in 5 days. They were very kind an got the job done the very next day! Momma an puppies say a big thanks again. Would definitely recommend WOF

I was told I installation would be $3 per sqft, once the sales associate came out the price went up, they don’t remove toilets, stoves, refrigerators, washer or dryers or anything at all and if they do it’s SUPER EXPENSIVE. Just got an install about two to three weeks ago. Quality of the floors are pretty good so far BUT the installers removed all of my doors and didn’t put them back up. They also got my walls REALLY REALLY DIRTY it look like I had a whole football team run through my house. The one day install took two days because they got tired and said it was more work than they thought because they weren’t used to working with the larger slats. They also left a huge gash in my sink base and said they would be back the next day to repair it but didn’t. I started to put a hold on my check but just wanted to be done with the company due to they didn’t have the best customer service BUT what I will say is so far I do like my floors. Due to the response I quickly removed a star, because if you TRULY wished I had of reached out to you, surely you would had reached out to me to see how you could correct the problem, not once did anyone say that they were taking my doors off and that they were not putting them back on, and also when they removed the toilet they got so much water on the floor that it ran through the floor to the basement, they undone my laundry sink and it is now leaking as well, if you guys are going to charge extra, take the extra steps to reinstall it correctly. NOT GOOD BUSY AT ALL!
