Unbelievably awesome! They have a beautiful and full showroom, for sure, but the best part is the customer service/assistance in picking out all of your kitchen and bathroom, fixtures, etc. Often it makes a difference on who might be helping you, and I'm sure that all of the sales people there are awesome, but John Mazzara was spectacular! He helped us quickly through the daunting maze of faucets and coordinating hardware. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the products that they had to offer and made our life SO much easier by quickly making suggestions. Mrs Hahn was definitely on top of every little thing that was going on with my order my husband and me could not be any happier or pleased to have run into this sales lady she was informative she was helpful and kept us posted about every little shipment it was coming in or coming to us make sure to check everything to make sure nothing was damaged I'm telling you do yourself a favor go in there and ask for Nicole Hahn. I called there and they told me she's not in today she gave me her personal cell phone number she responded within 2 seconds of me leaving her a message and made me feel better about a little issue I may be having with one of the faucets she... read full review

My experience with Nicole was absolutely perfect she was more than friendly and kind and patient and willing to take her time to help us she made us feel very comfortable even offering us water and coffee and a couple cookies she had in her drawer she was an amazing salesperson we look forward to working with her again
