Based on the reviews, Troy Cleaners Shelby Township offers great service. First time customers receive a 20 percent discount. Staff are very friendly, nice, and provide impeccable customer service. The shop does not smell like chemicals. Clothes are cleaned and pressed and received when promised. A thrift store dress came out amazing and looked brand new without the “thrift store odor”. A husband’s tie had a stain that came out as good as new. Wedding dress cleaning and preservation had a price better than any other found. Clerks provided great communication when the order was ready. Service was very fast, and customers were very satisfied, would recommend Troy Cleaners, and will definitely be returning.
This was the first time going to Troy Cleaners. The assistant that helped me was incredible. I left with the confidence that my suit is intended good hands.

So happy. Customer service was impeccable, & the shop didn’t smell like chemical's. My husbands tie had a stain on it and came out as good as new. I had a thrift store dress cleaned and it came out amazing. Looked brand new without the “thrift store odor”. So glad we found this place. We’ll be back for sure!
Great service with having a wedding dress cleaned and preserved. Price was better than any other I found, including mailing it off myself to a wedding dress preservation company. Clerks were very friendly. Great communication when my order was ready.
