Had some main water shutoff valves replaced as they were probably 60 years old. Dan and Brian did good work on some old pipes.
I, unfortunately, had to call them back out just to confirm all was good with a potential leak, that was either condensation or a drippy thread. They were understanding of the fear and set Mr. Dan back out as soon as they were able.
We also had a miscommunication on the pricing of things, but the office was understanding and worked with me to rectify the disagreement.
Made a call after finding them on Google, and Brian was out within hours. We had an issue with our kitchen sink backing up, tried snaking myself but couldn't quite get it flowing. Brian was able to clear up the issue and helped explain what could have caused it since we have a weird set up that has a floor drain tied into the same line. Will be calling them again in the future. They did quick, good work for a fair price.
Brian was great to work with for our plumbing needs. He replaced a bathroom faucet assembly, unclogged a sink and did some preventative maintenance on a few other faucets for us! Kept me well informed through the whole appointment.
