We updated the hardware throughout the bathroom, including towel bars, drawer pulls, faucets, and hooks. The installer handled everything neatly and made sure finishes matched consistently across the room. The project took less than a day. Compared to before, the bathroom feels much more modern and coordinated visually. The updated hardware also functions more smoothly and feels sturdier during daily use. It’s a relatively simple upgrade, but it refreshed the appearance of the entire bathroom more than expected.
John Mazzara at Wittock was just fabulous to work with when I recently remodeled both of my bathrooms. I had five different issues with products from Kohler. Kihler was cooperative about some issues but difficult about others. They weren’t always easy to work with, but John and Wittock took care of everything in the most efficient manner possible -he is professional and knowledgeable. I won’t even look at another place when I do my kitchen. Remodeling is not easy, but John made it pleasant and enjoyable. It was a pleasure to work with him.

They have a beautiful and full showroom, for sure, but the best part is the customer service/assistance in picking out all of your kitchen and bathroom, fixtures, etc. Often it makes a difference on who might be helping you, and I'm sure that all of the sales people there are awesome, but John Mazzara was spectacular! He helped us quickly through the daunting maze of faucets and coordinating hardware. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the products that they had to offer and made our life SO much easier by quickly making suggestions.
