I called main heating and cooling on Friday at 9 am. My air conditioning was not working and the temps in my house were at 87. From that moment on I had superior service. Sandy was so helpful in working around my schedule. My son has used them in the past and I requested Todd. Within a few hours Todd arrived. I felt so bad for him working to help me when it was so hot and humid outside. He was courteous, kind, and went straight to work. Within a half hour my air conditioner was up and running. I've had 2 other separate heating and cooling companies come out to try and fix a smell issue in my house, hundreds of dollars. Within seconds Main knew what the smell was coming from and solved it and charged me $110 dollars. Amazing! I'll be calling them again in the future.Service: A/C system maintenance
Great experience. I dealt with Stacy, who exceeded my expectations with exceptional personal service. She represents the company well and knows how to treat customers. I would recommend Main and will certainly call on them the next time I have a Heating or Cooling issue.
